2. Schematics and component selection
Reviewed schematic capture, components chosen for availability and lifetime, with DFM/DFT considered already at schematic stage.
3. PCB layout
Layer stackup, impedance-controlled routing, power planes, thermal management and placement tuned for performance and manufacturability.
4. Signal integrity and EMC
Analysis of high-speed buses, return paths, decoupling, grounding and shielding so the board passes EMC testing the first time.
5. Prototype and bring-up
Prototype builds, measurements, debugging alongside the firmware team and verification against requirements.
6. Production and compliance
Production data, test fixtures and documentation, plus CRA and EN 40000-1-2 support through our Zyber department.
